Boysenberry Crepes

Boysenberry Crepes

The Boysenberry Jam I made the other day was begging to be paired with crepes! I have, however, never made crepes before so I decided to stick with the tried and tested. I followed this recipe by Alton Brown. The only thing I changed was to add one table spoon of canola oil instead of the 3 tbsp of butter that he recommends and I sprayed just a tiny bit of canola on an omelette pan to cook the crepes. It worked out great! The batter made about 7-8 crepes and not 18-22 that the recipe says but 7-8 was the perfect number for R and I!
